To ease payment tracking, when you go through the checkout process, please include an invoice number or description of payment that you are paying in the comments/message box at the bottom of the shipping address information.
Also, when filling out the Billing Address on the Credit Card Fields, note that the billing address being asked for is the address that the monthly invoice to your credit bill is sent to- not the address of your business (if they are different).
