Site characteristics or focus during construction or remodel: upslope resort lot, north slope; views to the north & east; ski-in ski-out. Luxury home, comfortable with energy conscience features.

Construction type: lower level used Arxx Walsystem (icf); upper level used standard wood framing with stucco & wood siding.

Main heating system: high efficiency hydronic heating using a Munchkin boiler.  Warmboard subfloor for distribution. Boiler also provides domestic hot water.

Auxiliary heating system: Rumford fireplace, Isokern gas fireplace & valor direct vent gas stove.

Conservation features: on site milling of the trees within the footprint of the home.  Bio-base soy urethane spray insulation in floors & roof; blown cellulous spray in walls. Low–e windows. Fantech HRV whole house ventilator
