This program is designed to help CATT and SiGBA members develop strategies to increase their business providing energy and water conservation services to homeowners. Contractors will learn how to assist homeowners with securing financing through the Energy Upgrade California and HomeFree Nevada rebate and loan programs.
The program includes an overview of House as a System, an explanation of energy usage in homes, hands-on training in what sales techniques work, an interactive Q&A session, and an assortment of training materials (workbook, sample sales pamphlet, customizable full color brochure for your business and energy-efficient mortgage( EEM) DVD. There will also be time for one-on-one sessions with Ray Hall. Ray will also be available for free phone consultation for at least one year after the training.
Ray Hall, former business start-up owner of H & L Energy Savers, the most successful building performance contracting company selling and performing building performance and energy efficiency contract work on 1000s of homes in Southern, CA resulting in $Millions of BP/EE Contract work over his 25+ years in the business.
